1.5 Cm dilated and 80% effaced. My doctor recommended cutting back from 12 hour to 8 hour work days from here on out. I didn't protest at all. I'm thinking I'm going to have this little one on the 16th of Septmeber, Ralph says the 21st. As my yoga teacher says the baby "will be born at the perfect time."
