Christmas

Nora ended 2009 with a growth spurt. She rang in the new year at 21.4 lbs and 30 3/4 inches tall. She's gained over a pound and a half and 3/4 of an inch in 3 months. She also discovered the joys of Christmas lights, a tricycle, and Christmas cookies this holiday season! However, I'm not sure she bought Santa, while she didn't cry when we put her on his lap, she did look at him a little skeptically. He relayed to me that she wants a Harvard law degree and a mazarotti for Christmas this year (real funny Santa). We told her that her tricycle was a Mazarotti (she seemed satisfied) and encouraged her to keep up with her love of reading so she can aim for a full ride to Harvard.Unbeknownst to Heather and I, Georgia and Nora had apparently planned ahead and decided on a striped tights and jean dress/skirt look for their recent play date.
Man, if it's this much fun to just sit on, reaching the pedals is going to blow her mind.

We went to the zoo to see "zoo lights."
